DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN NOW SELF REFER TO PHYSIOTHERAPY WITHOUT SEEING YOUR GP?

A physiotherapist can advise and treat problems with your back, neck or any muscle, bone or joint. Physiotherapy is provided from 20 different clinics across the city and evening appointments are offered by some clinics.

To arrange to see a physiotherapist call 0121 466 6540, Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm

 

Please contact the Surgery via info.greenridge@nhs.net to let us know of any changes of your personal details such as name, address and phone number.

Please be advised if you have moved out of our practice boundary, you will be asked to find a new GP.
